Where did the secrets found in this book come from?
Many
schools only allow the students from their school, the teachers from
their school and parents from the local community to attend their
dances. A guest student from another school might be allowed to attend
their dances too.
So the only person outside of your local community, at your
dances, might be the Disc Jockey.
Disc Jockeys attend many
different dances and have seen some really good ideas at these dances. So we put these good ideas into one book.
Many of these ideas come from school principals. The ideas are not
from the Disc Jockeys. The Disc Jockeys are just reporting what they
have seen these very talented principals do at their dances.
We also received ideas for this book from newspaper and magazine articles.
Student
council members and student council advisors as well as P.T.A. and
P.T.O. groups have also contributed ideas to this book.
Other sources included the students and staff at Gogebic Community
College in upper Michigan and professors from other universities across
the United States.
Most schools say the ideas in this
book are so good that the book pays for itself after just one dance. Also, these savings and benefits to your school continue on for years to come.
The book will save your dance committee time planning a dance that complies with your schools values.
